It will be held in late March Paris Orchidées a fascinating exhibition of orchids which will include thirty growers and producers of this beautiful flower, which will be in Paris to show in all their glory the colors and variety of their work, so having to compare orchids from every corner of the world in front of a large audience.
EOC and EOCCE
The EOC is a federation that counts about thirty associations and institutions in Europe dedicated to orchids. Its purpose is to coordinate activities and communications among its members and to deal with topics of common interest. Every three years, an EOCCE (European Orchid Council Conference and Exhibition) takes place in a large city of the European Union and the EOC decides which of its members will co-ordinate and organize this event. The first took place in May 1967 in Vienna, the 8th in Paris in 1988 while the most recent in Dresden in 2009, in Budapest in 2012 and London in 2015.
Thirty producers from all over the world will present
in an enchanting setting. And for collectors, there will be the possibility of making pre-orders to avoid transportation fees related to e-commerce.
You will be able to admire vast selections of flowering plants from the collections of the Luxembourg Garden (Senate), the Garden of Rouen Plants, Writhlington School (GB), as well as cut flowers of Eric Young Orchid Foundation (Jersey).
The main orchid associations French, but also English, Italian and German will exhibit a considerable number of their products, while specialists other species will be present (bulbs, cacti, tillandsias) to show and participate in the exhibition. Several stands will offer products around the orchid: material, jewelry, books ...
Finally, various activities will be organized for the entire duration of the event: photo contest, flower arrangements, workshops for children, signing of books...And of course there will be a bit of catering available on the site.

Paris Orchidées will be held in Paris from March 23rd to 25th 2018 with opening from 9 am to 7 pm for the first two days and from 9 am to 6 pm for 25th March
