The "Flower Show", national circuit of exhibitions-market of rare and unusual plants, returns again this spring to color
different Italian locations bringing in each city that hosts the culture and knowledge of quality botany and gardening. Great news this year is the first edition of the
event in Florence, the Flower Show will then move from Arezzo to the Tuscan capital.
Born in 2008 with "Perugia Flower Show", this successful, young and dynamic format has never stopped growing and after the creation of the autumn edition always in the Umbrian capital has moved over the years in other cities such as Ancona, Arezzo and, new this year, for the first time in Florence.
In every edition of the "Flower Show" it hosts the best collectors and national producers of rare and unusual botanical varieties, collections of plants unobtainable if not in this type of appointments: from the less known rose species to the perennial plants, hydrangeas, botanical orchids, camellias, azaleas, collections of citrus, cacti and succulent plants, centuries-old specimens of bonsai, aquatic plants, pelargoni, Mediterranean plants, bulbs, carnivores, tillandsias, aromatic plants and much more.
There are not only botanical wonders, the charm of the exhibition is completed by a section dedicated from outdoor and indoor furniture, combined with the highest quality craftsmanship and still professional gardening equipment but also food and wine excellences and products for well-being, in short, all that is inextricably linked to the world of nature and outdoor living.
The Flower Show is not only this, the strong point and hallmark of the event is the attention to the cultural aspect, the dissemination of the culture of green in the city that hosts it: meetings with the leading experts in the field, gardening courses held by exhibitors themselves, fun educational activities for children, seminars and scientific laboratories. The training of the public is very important in every edition because the audience to which the event is addressed is very wide: from those who have never studied the themes of nursery gardening and botany, curious, new fans to those who are more experienced and looking in this type of event the opportunity to consolidate its foundations and the opportunity to meet the most renowned names in the industry.
